What do I think makes Matador Refrigeration stand out above all other competitor companies?
We remain committed to provide our customers with first-world, state-of-the-art installations, always keeping abreast of the latest technology available to ensure cost-savings.
We are passionate about providing the best quality equipment for the application as opposed to offering the cheapest option.
We are proud of each and every installation that we do and ensure that our staffs work to the highest standards possible.
We offer a service level of Par Excellence to all our valued customers.
Personal goals and achievements:
My personal goals, inter alia, are to spend my remaining working years building our company into a bigger and better force in the marketplace and to ensure that all our staff, regardless of what position they hold, are trained to the best of their abilities.
One of my greatest achievements is starting my career in the commercial refrigeration industry as an apprentice and progressing up the ranks to my current position of Managing Director.
I have also cherished the fact that over the years, past and present business colleagues, associates and business friends have been the best of the very best that I have worked with in the industry.
Words to live by/personal credo:
Honesty, integrity, being fair, being a family man and living as clean a life that is Christian-like.
Do it right the first time.
Some of my sports, hobbies and pastimes:
Water sports, rugby, soccer, tennis, golf.
A few thoughts worth mentioning:
Being there for my wife and family and to see my children and grandchildren grow up to be happy, responsible, proud, honest , successful, creative young future leaders in their own right and to never be ashamed of who they are and what they stand for.
