Energy Saving At Its Best

A Hot Water Reclaim system with a 62Kw Heat Pump provides backup for two,1500 liter Hot Water Boilers positioned on either side. Additional to this the Refrigeration System provides “FREE” heat energy that is captured from the main plant to generate hot water all year round.

Pipework connecting all the main components is properly sized, routed, and insulated to minimize pressure drops, prevent liquid-locking, reduce heat loss and ensure a long plant life.

Pressure and leak testing are carried out properly.

The refrigeration system is properly evacuated to remove air and moisture, prior to charging with refrigerant
